Advertising the Luke Society

One way the Luke Society attempts to get its name out and in front of people is by advertising in several Christian print publications.

It’s important for us to keep the ministry mission and vision in front of people both for our existing donor base, but also to draw new supporters into the work of the Luke Society.

While we have a limited budget and advertise in places we think that will connect our support base, we recognize that the world of advertising – especially for a nonprofit – is an inexact science.

In October, November and December, we are doing some advertising in WORLD Magazine (for the first time) and The Banner. Perhaps some of you have seen an advertisement or two. More will come before the end of the year.

The idea behind this particular advertising campaign was to hit on the three areas that are the “bread and butter” of the Luke Society — medical care, community education and spiritual care. Often around here we use the words: preaching, teaching and healing from Jesus’ example in Matthew 9.

Today, we want to share those advertisements with you. There are some wonderful testimonials given by our ministry directors about how communities and villages are being blessed by the presence of the Luke Society.

We hope you, too, are blessed by reading the impact your donations are having throughout the world.

If you know a publication you think would be a good fit for Luke Society advertising, shoot an e-mail to dan@lukesociety.org and let us know.
